OK so we counteroffered on this guy last nite and are waiting to hear back.... we are excited because we feel either way, we win! If he drops the price, then we will probably buy... if he doesnt, there are so many other houses out there and that will just give us more time to save up a little more money! There is another one we are debating on looking at if this guy doesnt want to budge on the price... which is fine with us.. we really like it, but there are so many other houses out there....
Well, we are getting more and more excited! We are finally moving on to a diff part of our lives and he is wanting to and so am I! Its kind of scary in a sense, but very exciting at the same time!
No matter what happens, we said as long as we have each other thats whats most impt and things will work out the way they are supposed to... if we are meant for this house, itll work out, if not there are hundreds of others out there! I will keep you all posted as to what happens!

Keeping my fingers crossed for you. Buying your first home is always scary.
I was 21 when I got my first home. We since refinanced and have 11 years left. Boy, now won't that be a good feeling when that day comes?
Anyway, keep us posted on the counter offer.

Thanks! Today I have been busy cleaning... I am such a pack rat... I figured if I started early, it'll just be less to eventually do later!
I didnt know cleaning could be so strenuous!

Good luck with the house! I remember how excited I was when I went house shopping. I hope everything works out just wonderfully for you. Let us know as soon as you hear back about that house you put an offer in on. Then of course photos would come next???
